the Weirdness

1. I was looking at my gas receipts for the trip to and from Grammy's so that I could calculate my gas mileage (I'm a huge dork -- that's not the weird part). The last two tanks of gas we bought? WERE BOTH 6.319 GALLONS. THAT IS WEIRD.

2. We were listening to my iPod on random -- about 350 songs, we got through about 200 of them on the 8-hour trip down, just to give you some context -- and we were on that stretch of 15 south of Harrisburg where you just go by nothing for long stretches of time. Lori McKenna's "Lonestar" came on. JUST as she sang "And you're the cashier down at the old Texaco," we drove right by a GIANT Texaco sign. SO WEIRD.
